Mother-Daughter

After several reschedules, we were finally able to complete this mommy and me mini session last Saturday.  What struck me the most about this session was just how much joy and love was visible between mom and daughter.  Before we even started shooting, four year old "M" told her mommy that she loved her, and I really think that that sentiment comes through in the photographs.

Isn't "M" beautiful? She was such a joy to photograph.  

Here are two photographs from a 3-part series, but you get the idea.  I especially love how "M"'s hand is on her mom's heart.

And what little girl could resist dancing in the gazebo, spinning her dress around, in pink glittery shoes?
